Payment Policy

1. New students are required to pay a minimum of 80% of the total fees on or before a confirmation of enrolment and allocation of desk and bed in school
2. Returning students are required to pay a minimum of 70% of the total fees on or before reporting date.
3. Pupils will NOT be allowed into the school without the aforementioned payment and negotiations will not be allowed.
4. The remaining 30% is required on or before the commencement of the following half term..
5. A penalty fee of K 300.00 will be charged on overdue accounts and will reflect in the subsequent bills if not settled on demand
6. Pupils will not be allowed into the school after the mid-term break until their balance has been cleared.
7. A discount of 5% will be given to parents who pay 100% of school fees at least two weeks before the beginning of the term.
8. Damaged property will be charged to the student’s account and will reflect in the subsequent bills if not settled on demand.
9. Discounts will be given to parents with multiple children in the school. The discount will be calculated on the total fees for all the children.
   • 5% for 2 Children
   • 10 % for 3 Children
   • 15% for 4 Children
   • 20% for 5 Children or More
10. Fees are not refundable once paid in the school account.
11. Students are not allowed to keep pocket money but can open a pre-paid tuckshop account through the Accounts Department.

Uniforms

1. Two Sets of Uniform are recommended for each child. Black flat shoes are also recommended but are not part of the set provided by the school.
2. Additional pieces can be bought for items that are frequently used such as shirts, skirts, socks and ties.
3. These prices are subject to change depending on the manufacturer and the exchange rate.
